1. Overview

SS Creation provides DTH connection services as an authorized Tata Play Channel Partner. We do not offer returns on installed or activated DTH services or equipment. Any return-related guidelines are governed by Tata Play and are subject to their official policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

A. Within 24 Hours of Booking

Refund Amount: 100% of booking amount

Condition: Service not yet activated

Processing Time: 24-48 hours

B. After Installation & Activation

Refund: No refund applicable once installation and activation are completed

Reason: Service is considered delivered and activated as per Tata Play guidelines

C. Service Cancellation (Post-Activation)

Refund: Not applicable after activation

Alternative: Service can be cancelled with 30-day notice. Remaining balance will be adjusted against the last bill.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Installation charges (₹500) - immediately after installation and activation
  • Setup and activation fees
  • Promotional offer benefits if partially availed
  • Taxes and government levies
  • Monthly subscription charges for services already rendered

4. Return Process

We do not accept returns after installation and activation. If you need guidance on returns, please consult the official Tata Play website and their customer care.

5. Equipment Returns

Equipment returns are not handled by SS Creation. Return or replacement terms are governed by Tata Play. Please refer to the official Tata Play website for the latest return or replacement policies.

6. Damaged or Non-Functional Equipment

If equipment is damaged during shipping or arrives non-functional:

  • Report within 24 hours of receipt
  • We'll replace or repair the equipment at no cost
  • Replacement typically happens within 48 hours
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year

7. Service Cancellation

You can cancel your DTH service anytime with the following terms:

  • Cancellation requires 30-day written notice
  • Equipment must be returned in working condition
  • Final bill will reflect all outstanding charges
  • Promotional discounts become void upon cancellation
  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after bill settlement

8. Partial Refunds

In case of service issues or partial service availed, we calculate partial refunds as follows:

  • Monthly charges are divided by 30 days
  • Refund calculated for unused service days
  • Installation charges not refunded after 7 days
  • Promotional benefits are pro-rated

9. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, government lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may extend refund timelines or modify return conditions.

Service Relocation: If you're relocating, you can transfer your connection to a new location with minimal charges (₹250-500 depending on distance).

10. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days

Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund. We recommend checking with your bank if you don't see the refund within the stated timeframe.

11. Disputes and Grievances

If you believe a refund was incorrectly processed or have concerns about this policy:

  • Contact our customer support immediately
  • Provide relevant booking and payment details
  • We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Escalation to management available if needed

12. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. For services already booked, the policy at the time of booking will apply.
