2. Service Coverage Area

We provide same-day or next-day installation in:

  • Chennai: All major areas including Adyar, Velachery, Anna Nagar, Nungambakkam, T Nagar, Kodambakkam, Koyambedu, OMR, Tambaram, Chrompet, and more
  • Tamil Nadu: Surrounding areas and satellite cities (3-5 day delivery)

Note: For areas outside Chennai, delivery timeline may be extended. We'll confirm availability during booking.

3. Delivery Timeline

A. Same-Day Delivery (Within Chennai)

Availability: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Timeline: 4-6 hours from booking confirmation

Installation Window: Morning (10 AM - 2 PM) or Evening (2 PM - 6 PM)

Condition: Booking must be placed before 11 AM for same-day installation

B. Next-Day Delivery

Availability: All days

Timeline: Within 24 hours of booking confirmation

Installation Window: Morning (9 AM - 1 PM) or Afternoon (2 PM - 5 PM)

Condition: Booking after 11 AM receives next-day delivery

C. Scheduled Delivery (Outside Chennai)

Timeline: 3-5 business days depending on location

Confirmation: We'll confirm exact date after initial verification

Charges: May apply for distant areas

4. What's Included in Delivery

Our delivery and installation service includes:

  • ✓ Set-top box warranty card and documentation
  • ✓ Remote control and all necessary cables

5. Installation Process

  1. Technician Arrival: Technician will arrive with ID and company uniform within the scheduled window
  2. Venue Preparation: Ensure TV and power socket are accessible near the installation location
  3. Equipment Setup: Technician will install the set-top box and connect all cables
  4. Channel Activation: All channels will be activated and tested
  5. System Testing: Technician will verify picture and sound quality
  6. User Training: Basic demonstration of remote control and menu navigation
  7. Documentation: Complete all paperwork including warranty card and receipt

6. Preparation for Delivery

Please ensure the following before technician arrives:

  • TV and power socket are easily accessible
  • At least one person is present at home during scheduled time
  • Clear the installation area of any obstructions
  • If you need cable routing, inform us in advance
  • Have your booking confirmation details ready

7. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling Installation

You can reschedule your installation with free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. After 12 hours, a cancellation fee of ₹250 may apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund
  • After 24 hours but before installation: ₹250 cancellation fee
  • After installation: Refer to our Refund Policy

8. Delivery Charges

Home Delivery & Installation: FREE within Chennai

  • Same-day installation: No extra charges
  • Next-day installation: No extra charges
  • Scheduled delivery (outside Chennai): ₹200-500 depending on distance
  • Cable routing (additional): ₹300-500 (inform during booking)

9. Technician Information

All our technicians are trained and certified by Tata Play. They carry:

  • Valid company ID card
  • Professional identification badge
  • Complete toolkit for installation
  • Testing equipment for quality assurance

Safety Note: Never share OTPs or sensitive information with anyone. Verify technician identity before allowing access. Call us if you're unsure about any technician.

10. Delays or No-Shows

If our technician is delayed or doesn't show up:

  1. Call 7449059509 immediately
  2. Provide your booking ID and details
  3. We'll reschedule within 2 hours or offer compensation
  4. Multiple no-shows may entitle you to a full refund

We understand the value of your time. We commit to on-time delivery and will compensate for significant delays.

11. Damaged Goods During Delivery

If equipment arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provide photographic evidence if possible
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund
  • No cost to you for replacement

12. Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate address including:

  • House/Flat number and building name
  • Street name and area/locality
  • Pincode
  • Nearest landmark or main road
  • Primary and alternate phone numbers

Incomplete or incorrect address information may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

13. Special Delivery Requests

We can accommodate special requests such as:

  • Specific time windows (subject to availability)
  • Extended cable routing beyond standard installation
  • Wall mounting of set-top box (additional charges may apply)
  • Delivery to office or commercial premises

Inform us about special requests during booking, and we'll confirm feasibility.

14. Tracking Your Order

After booking, you can track your installation:

  • SMS confirmation with booking ID
  • WhatsApp updates about technician assignment
  • Notification 1 hour before technician arrival
  • Post-installation feedback request
