These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SS Creation ("Company"), an authorized Tata Play Channel Partner (Code: 20219). By accessing our website and using our DTH connection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

3. DTH Service Terms

Our DTH connection services are provided by SS Creation as an authorized channel partner of Tata Play. By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
• Comply with all Tata Play service terms and conditions
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Accept installations within the agreed timeframe
• Maintain the equipment in good condition
• Notify us immediately of any service issues

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full as per the booking form. We accept various payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Cash on delivery (where applicable)

All transactions are secured through encrypted payment gateways. We are not responsible for any payment gateway fees charged by third parties.

5. Installation and Service Delivery

We strive to provide same-day installation within Chennai and Tamil Nadu, subject to availability and location. Installation includes:

• Free HD/4K set-top box delivery
• Professional installation by trained technicians
• Initial channel setup and activation
• 1-year free service warranty

Installation timings are subject to technician availability. We will confirm the installation date and time within 2 hours of booking. You must provide access to your premises at the agreed time.

6. Warranty and Support

All DTH connections come with a 1-Year Free Service Warranty covering:

• Hardware defects in the set-top box
• Signal issues and technical faults
• 24/7 customer support
• Free maintenance and repairs

Warranty does NOT cover damage due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications. For support, call 7449059509 or contact us via WhatsApp.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Within 24 Hours of Booking: Full refund of booking amount (only if installation and activation are not completed)

After Installation & Activation: No refund applicable. Service is considered delivered and activated.

Returns: SS Creation does not accept returns. Return or replacement policies are governed by Tata Play. Please refer to the official Tata Play website for return-related terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel service with 30-day notice. Any remaining balance will be adjusted against the last bill.

Refunds (eligible cases) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Equipment and Liability

The set-top box and other equipment remain the property of Tata Play. You are responsible for:

• Safe custody of the equipment
• Preventing unauthorized use
• Reporting loss or damage immediately
• Paying replacement charges for lost or damaged equipment

SS Creation and Tata Play are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SS Creation, Tata Play, or their officers, directors, or employees be liable for any damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes or to violate laws
• Engage in unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Engage in subscription sharing or unauthorized access

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly the laws of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
